We did it - Coleg Gwent has been recognised as a CyberFirst Gold college! After many months of hard work with our key industry partners - Thales, Fujitsu and Admiral – and following on from the exciting launch of our co-designed industry led Cyber Security Qualification, we’re thrilled to be recognised by the CyberFirst School/College scheme!
Coleg Gwent delivers WorldSkills

Since 2012, we’ve proudly supported numerous learners as they’ve successfully competed in WorldSkills competitions, ranking in the top 10 league table for their skillsets for 3 years running. So, we’re beyond delighted to be selected as part of the innovative WorldSkills UK Centre of Excellence programme, in partnership with education and skills charity NCFE.
A Level Results Day 2020

We’ve had a very good reason to celebrate today with another outstanding year of A Level results, despite difficult circumstances for the class of 2020. Our pass rate was sustained at a superb 98%, with the best A* - C grades ever, a 2.2% increase in A*/A grades and learners from both campuses securing places at Cambridge University!
