This year, our Foundation Degree Performing Arts learners had the opportunity to meet and learn from professional Welsh actors, directors, playwrights and film-makers, who shared their years of experience and knowledge through virtual sessions.

Our ICT and cybersecurity courses are designed to meet the ever-changing demands of this sector, and opportunities extend far beyond the classroom with challenges like the virtual Hackathon that ICT Systems Support learners, Jake and Lee, took part in.

As part of our courses and our work with local employers, our Art, Design and Illustration learners work on a range of live briefs with organisations you might never have considered as part of the creative sector.

Learners on our Esports course at Blaenau Gwent Learning Zone recently organised their own popular and successful gaming event where gamers could compete in teams against Wales international rugby stars.

Learners with hearing impairments face even more challenges than most. So, our Hearing Impaired Communicators have now set up a Deaf Club, so we can proudly support our community of hearing-impaired learners and help them achieve their full potential.
